Description
Destiny is a mysterious girl born with psychic powers. The location of her parents unknown, Destiny had to fend for herself, making a living off of pickpocketing on the streets by using her telekinesis. Eventually, a man by the name of Whittaker, head of Genesis Research Facility, caught her using her powers and decided to adopt her, believing her abilities to be an excellent subject of research. After being studied for the now-defunct ESPER project, she now assists with maintenance of soldier prototypes within the facility. She seems to have formed a strong friendship with the facility's most advanced prototype thus far, Harpocrates.

That checks all my boxes, now I'm totally hooked.
I'm not sure if you've got anything more planned to do with Destiny, if you've got anything more storywise plotted out, or any other details yet to be added in, but needless to say you've got a pretty interesting world laid out for her and I'm interested to see what kinda trouble she gets into.
As for the artwork itself I can't help but feel serene while looking at it, the usage of the colour purple mixed with the dark background just puts me at ease and in a way gives a nice bit of ambience while the main focus goes onto Destiny herself in center frame.
Her expression remains neutral, but an undercurrent of concern seems to be present as she glances off to the side whilst her psychic powers manifest themselves as polygonal objects. The lighting itself from the psychic energy fields cast upon Destiny make for a nice touch, especially with the outlines of her being turning purple upon illumination.
Love her choice of outfit here as well, the white stripes and black hoodie are simple, yet contrast enough with the purple colouring to make her stand out, without being garish or too overly designed which just makes the overall artwork have a good sense of focus on the subject at hand.
Of course I'd be remiss if I didn't bring attention to the amazing detail of the water ripples beneath her feet as she hovers over the ocean, the added detail of her psychic manifestations casting a reflection in the water all making for a nice touch.
I gotta say, I really hope you've got something more planned for Destiny because from what little taste that I've gotten here, I am totally hooked to see where she goes from here. Whether that means more story or more artwork is all the more reason for me to stick around and see what other fantastic ideas you've got locked away for her.
